Storm

At first there was a light pitter-patter of raindrops that fell onto the rooftops in almost a mist. The raindrops accumulated and swirled around as they fell and grew into a complete storm. It was pouring! The sky was black and the wind howled through the trees. The thunder roared and lightning zinged and zapped through the open field and hit the ground with an awesome strike! The rain hit like a thousand needles as it landed. Puddles were developing as deep as the ocean floor and each raindrop that hit their surface would create a tsunami of ice-cold water. Splash, splash! The sky was enraged in a wonderful storm!
