Alton George the Last Pony; The Final Days

The carousel is being removed from the gardens in a few days; here are the photos from our last ride. We were fortunate enough to talk to the carousel master and take some photos of the engine.

iMac

I know that no one gives two hoots, but I finally got my iMac! I've been saving up since grade 2 and perhaps you're wondering; Jess, what what was wrong with your old computer? Well; it was a Toshiba, enough said.
Now let's make some movies!

We Made the Stars for You

Imagine the waves crashing against the shore at the bottom of the high mountain peak, like the captured moment inside a sea shell. A place where your nose goes bright red in the snow and the stars shine so much brighter.

If only you knew how every time the wind blew it was for you
Or how the oceans roar when your heart is sore
And perhaps the whole world would collapse if you didn’t do well in maths
If only you knew; we made the stars for you...

MONA

MONA- Museum of Old and New Art

This last shot was taken by a friend of mine; a tilt-shift fluke.

Hey There!

Here's a shot from in the cinema after we watched 'Oz the Great and Powerful'. As expected; I cracked up every time the Wicked Witch of the West cackled. Also: WOOT Danny Elfman soundtrack!
I tried to make this an animation, but then I remembered I have nothing to edit it with but windows movie maker. Reality checks suck...

The Great Escape!

A sequel to my: "Let's go on an Adventure" drawing, "The Great Escape!" If only we could see the opportunities layed out before us. Life is one big adventure, don't be conventional, be creative.

A little drawing I came up with in school.

Blind vs Def

I often wonder what the blind see and what the def hear.
What do blind people think every day things look like? If you’d never seen a car before and you could only touch it, smell it, hear it and perhaps taste it (if you’re feeling courageous) what would it look like? The wild creatures a blind person could create from house hold pets. I’d imagine their dreams are even more bizarre than those of us who can see.
What do guitars sound like to def people? Can they think up tunes in their head? Do they dream silently like in old movies? Does a bird roar, does a lion chirp or do they just open their mouths to yawn?
So I ask you; people of the world, which of these two senses would be the hardest to give up? P.S. If you’re blind and someone’s reading this to you, what do you see? If you’re def, what do you hear?

The Invisible Creature

Sorry about the text sizing and other weird stuff I've done to ruin it.
